Where do you ship from?

We have our own overseas warehouses, and the United States, Canada, and Mexico all have our own cargo storage warehouses. If you're in the US, we ship in the US and it's free shipping.

Other Countries: Transit time: Within 10-15 business days(Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.)

1.Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

2.When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

3.We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at aggie@tdc-hardware.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping.

4.Please note, international shipping services do vary from country to country. To find out the exact services that are available, please put in your full address at check out.

5.Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

1) Q: You are Factory or Trading company?

A: We are one of the biggest factories and expoters specialized in Steel(Iron) heavy door hinges, and we have been focusing in this area for more than 20 years(Since 1990). Welcome to visit our factory at your convenience.

2) Q: How about your production capacity and delivery time?

A: Currently we can produce 10 containers/month, and our capacity is in increasing continuously. Every order(big or regular) can be deliveried within 30 days.

3) Q:How about your Quality Control(QC)?

A: We attach great importance to the quality of products, each product will go through by 5 steps of inspection: After stamping, After roll bending, After plating, After installation, Before packing.

4) Q: How about the package methods?

A: In generally, we pack the hinges by Kraft paper carton or Wooden case, or as customer's request.

5) Q:How is the service life of your hinges?

A: Under the common situation, our hinges can be used for more than 5 year without rust or deflection. We can make an paper gurantee if in need.

6) Q:What are your main markets?

Africa: South Africa, Egypt. Europe: Russia, Ukraine, Poland. America: Canada, USA, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Agentina, Chile. Middle east: Kuwait, UAE, Syria, Israel, Saudi Arab, Iran, Lebanon; South Asia: Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore.

Q 7). What's the payment term?

A. We accept TT,30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L

Q 8). Does sample free?

A. Sample usually is free if amount is not too much,only afford the freight.

Q 9). Would you accept to make mold as our request

A. Yes,we do and mold cost can be return when you reach the enough quantity.

Returns

How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at aggie@tdc-hardware.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will only refund you the purchase price; shipping and handling are not refundable.
